I'm not an expert by any means but this has to be one of the best restaurants in Perth to represent their cuisine! The masterful balance of spices married with the pillowy texture of the rice in the Goat Biryani was incredible. The Pani Puri was the perfect thickness and the spiced mint-water accompaniment was so superbly balanced it almost made me emotional. The Garlic Chicken Tikka was expertly seasoned with just the right amount of smokey char. Wrap it all up with the amiable and generous service from the staff and I have to wonder if we just got really lucky that night or if they're just that incredible. My compliments to the Chef and staff, hold your heads high and be proud of the magic you're creating in your fine establishment! 10/10 ~ Hikaru T

Fantastic little Indian Resturant in Subiaco. We had a selection of curries, the lamb biryani and, of course, naan and pappadums. All the food was increibly tasty and well presented, and staff were very helpful and polite. The B&B special goat curry was fantastic and I would reccomend to everyone and the naan were some of the best I've had in Perth. The Biryani was delicious but not particulary hot, though it does have an extra spicy option! Pappadum platter was served with some chutneys, which were delicious. Price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and there are plenty of vegetarian options. Not a lot of seating indoors, but we were lucky to go for dinner mid week and had no wait. We'll be back to try some of the burgers next time! ~ Jarrad M

We came here whilst shopping in the area on a Saturday at lunchtime. We were very pleasantly suprised at the quality of the food. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the non-vegetarian tasting platter, chai tea, the B&B special burger with chips and the Paaya Shorba lamb soup. Everything was delicious down to the garnish on the plates! The flavours were authentic and satisfying. The chips were super crispy, rhe burger was a heavenly mixture of crunchy fried chicken, fresh salad and a tasty sauce, the soup was morish - hearty and perfectly balanced and the tasting platter was so good it left us wanting more. The chai tea was also a winner, not too strong, and came in a cute terracotta mug. We will definitely be back to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend! ~ Linda S

Burgers & Biryani in Subiaco is a hidden gem! The fusion of Indian and English cuisine here is simply outstanding. I recently tried their B&B Special Burger, which was packed with flavor and perfectly spiced marinated chicken thigh. The Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll was another highlight, with creamy paneer wrapped in a warm roll bursting with spices. The Mixed Tasting Plate for 2 was a great way to sample their offerings, including garlic chicken tikka and lamb kebab. Don't miss their Vegetarian Biryani—it's a must-try! My family and I visited again last week on a Saturday night and we were not disappointed. Again - it was relaxing, we were well looked after and everyone enjoyed their meals. My prawn dish was beautifully presented and they were cooked just right; and the special with the Burgers and Biriyani were snapped up by my young adults - it was a great evening thank you, and the take home food was eaten the next day with gusto!! My friend and I went here several weeks ago for a hot chocolate and coffee. The ambience was very relaxing, quiet and it had a good vibe. My friend said the coffee was fantastic!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burgers & Biryani,and it was an experience worth sharing. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between peaceful cozy and modern atmosphere. The menu offers a diverse selection of drinks ,curry, Biryani, burgers, desserts etc. I opted for the Veg Biryani and Special chicken tikka burger, which was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. Overall, this new place is a fantastic addition to the local dining scene. We had a wonderful lunch here on WA day. The holiday opening hours were clearly mentioned on their social media which was very convenient. The restaurant has nice ambience, there was ample parking right in front. The service was amazing, the girl who took our order was very friendly, accommodating and had a smile throughout which added to the comfortable environment. The food was delicious, it came quickly, the meat in the biryani and kathi rolls and non veg platter was all so tender and tasty. The samosa, paneer butter masala and naan were all yummy too! We also had mango margarita which was well made. All in all a lovely experience for me and my family, we will definitely go back. ~ Abha M

Been meaning to try the food here since the first time we got to Perth (from Indonesia), but the timing was never right, even though we stayed in the hotel across the restaurant. When we eventually did, we actually already moved to another hotel. We had to ride train to get there, it was TOTALLY worth it. When we didn't know the name of the dish, the chef came all the way out from the kitchen to patiently listen to our descriptions of the dish, and gave us input accordingly. The Paneer Butter Masalah was superb, and the Garlic Prawn was marvelous. Even our three young kids really enjoyed it. Kudos to the chef/owner. Definitely coming back here when we get to Perth again. Incredibly friendly service from Sasha, I sent an online query asking if the restaurant had gluten free options and the prompt reply was yes the biryani are all gluten free and there are gluten free bun options for burgers. I got to the venue and Sasha recognised me as the person who asked online, she was very kind and I felt so accommodated for! The B&B special chicken burger was the standout for me as the curry flavours were so different to anything I'd tasted before in a burger and the chips were amazing! I also really loved the generous serving and great spiced flavour of the lamb biryani and have enjoyed it so much as leftovers. I'd love to come back and try other dishes! ~ Tia

I had a wonderful experience at this café! The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The tea was served at just the right temperature, full of rich flavor. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. This is the 3rd time I've been there and first time dining in. The welcoming friendly service and atmosphere go hand in hand for a pleasurable dining experience. The smell of Indian spices is enough to get the tummy grumbling with anticipation. I've had many butter chickens in my time, I find this to be one of the smoothest well balanced all rounder dishes, arguably my favourite. After a short wait, the food came out steaming. Noting the garnishes on both the food dishes and also little flower petals on the mango lassi. This place is THAT hidden gem! ~ rogwick22

Amazing dinner we had at B&B. Loved the creativity combining some of my favourite Indian foods with burgers. The butter chicken burger was delicious and was something I've never had before! The goat biryani was excellent! Very flavourful and had a homemade quality to it, unlike some other Indian restaurants where the food can be very oily. We chatted to the chef/owner who has been working in restaurants for over 15 years and you can see his passion for food and service shine through his work. We came here as we had seen it when walking past. The food was awesome, as was the service and the friendly staff/owners. If this restaurant was on the main Rokeby strip in Subiaco it would be packed every night, as the quality and presentation is better than most I have been to. You only need to walk a small distance (less than 100m) to get here from Rokeby Road, and I can’t recommend it enough. Have a drink on the rooftop bar at Vibe beforehand and walk across the road to this gem for dinner, or vice versa. You’ll not be disappointed!! ~ Melanie K

A hidden gem for Indian food lovers! Burger N Biryani exceeded my expectations. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious — creamy, perfectly spiced, and just like you’d find in Delhi. The rolls were another standout — packed with flavor, juicy fillings, and wrapped just right. What really impressed me was how authentic everything tasted. It’s not easy to find Indian food that captures the real Delhi-style flavor, but this place nailed it. My wife & I have been to B & B many times & never get disappointed with the fantastic food. Tonight we ordered our favourite B & B special goat curry ($26) & Baigan Bharat (roaster egg plant $20.50), garlic naan (1 serve $6). As usual the goat meat was so tender that it just melts in your mouth 👍. The eggplant tasted so good. We had butter chicken before & it was yummy & you can't get a higher praise than that from our friend who just came over from Adelaide:"the best butter chicken I had ever tasted" and she is a very good cook herself. ~ Joseph L

Hi . I would love to say we had a awesome meal,,, but this would not even get near how good it was . The food was amazing 😻. But I must say the staff were so great !!! They were helpful and friendly. A big mention goes to the young lady that chatted to us and did beyond to make sure our experience was remembered 🤩🤩🤩 sorry but we didn’t get her name, but she was from Manchester. You’re a legend. Had the chicken biryani, lamb biryani and cottage cheese and peas curry with rice and mango lassi. Perfect balance in terms of spice and heat, perfectly cooked meat and amazing taste for the biryanis. The cottage cheese and peas curry was amazing served with tasty basmati, just mouthwatering. Beautiful welcoming staff and beautiful atmosphere with ample parking space was a bonus. Highly recommended for Indian food lovers. Will definitely be back to try the burgers this time. ~ Brightly

I was very excited to meet this restaurant and it met and even went further with the food, service, quality and environment. I ordered the very well presented biryani, lamb kebab. Chicken tikka masala, and cocktails. All foods were met with high standards and the presentation was flawless. I really enjoyed the cocktails and loved how they presented the biryani. We came here on a glowing recommendation from friends, and it was truly the best indian we have had in Perth. The food was full of flavour, the perfect blend of spices that I have not found any where else . Having met the chef during our meal, we understand why (his training and background is special and unique), and the service was so warm and friendly. I'm definitely bringing more friends back here! Had dinner at Burgers and Biriyani and was genuinely impressed! The food was excellent — we tried the Indian burgers, and they were absolutely amazing. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. We even had a lovely chat with the owners and learned that it’s a family-run spot that’s been open for about 10 months. You can really feel the passion behind what they’re doing. We didn’t have a burger or a biryani but the food was fantastic, very traditional, fresh and tasty. We had an entree, a few mains including some fish and vegetarian dishes and all were really well cooked and served immaculately. Whilst it has a cafe vibe its also a nice family feel amongst the staff, who were very helpful and attentive. Prices are reasonable, not super cheap but the quality is there. Will definitely come back and explore the menu further. Sorry no photos we were too hungry. ~ Stephen F

Fantastic impromptu lunch out at Burgers & Biryani on a back street in Subiaco! It felt like we were on holiday with the chilled music & nice street corner setting. We forgot to take a picture of the beautifully presented food before we ate it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Hopefully the pictures of our empty plates shows how good it was though!! We love our curries and are especially glad to have found this place which will satisfy our Burger obsessed youngest child on our next visit 😆 ~ Jennifer S

Absolutely delicious. We have been here twice now and everything we have ordered was really tasty and beautifully presented. We ordered the meat tasting platter (best lamb kofta in town), butter chicken burger and chips (succulent and saucy), mango lassi (not your average lassi) and a potato chickpea delight (can't remember what it was called, but next to the Momo's on the menu). The service was also very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended, ~ Roysta

Wow! We found this restaurant on Eatclub and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing 😍 the staff were friendly and welcoming straight from the start. Great place for a relaxing meal and very very cheap. It was quite empty and we can't believe it, might just be a quiet night, but if you haven't already, come and try this place for fantastic Indian food. The lamb shank Rogan Josh was unbelievable! We will definitely be back 😍 so good we had to lick the bone 😂🍖 ~ Jennifer G
